Allows tenants to add a spot pair quote to the system

Whether the quote represents an executable (tradeable) instrument

venue_native_symbol

A symbol that the venue has assigned to the quote / instrument (note - cannot have duplicate symbols for the same venue)

quote_unique_symbol

A unique identifying symbol for the quote that will be used in the platform

start_ts

UTC Unix Timestamp (milliseconds) for the quote / instruments start date / time

end_ts

int64

required

UTC Unix Timestamp (milliseconds) for the quote / instruments end date / time

base_asset_unique_identifier

string

The asset_unique_identifier for the base asset of the spot pair

quote_asset_unique_identifier

The asset_unique_identifier for the quote asset of the spot pair
